SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

  • All of our items are made to order. We are currently running on a 14 business days production timeframe. (But we’ll do our best to get it out sooner)

  • We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Time in transit will depend on the shipping carrier and your location. If you need something faster, please contact us prior to purchase to see if we can accommodate.

  • Packages will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Flat rate shipping is $6 for print only orders. Orders with frames will be based on package dimensions, weight and delivery address.

  • Bird Flower Studio is not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

  • Address Changes: Please verify your shipping address before checking out. If you need to update your address after ordering, email us with your order number & updated address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for an updated address (additional shipping fees will apply).

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • We stand behind the quality of our products and our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement free of charge. 

  • We cannot make price adjustments for previously purchased items.
